The Reefer Care operation is a specialised service managing reefer (refrigerated) containers at Tauranga Container Terminal. Highly trained staff set up and monitor reefer containers ensuring they are stored at the correct specifications, protecting valuable chilled or frozen imports and exports. Capacity is complemented at peak times by a fleet of diesel generators owned and operated by QM.
